Monitor Taurus logs
===================

Taurus provides remote log monitors for inspecting log records generated by a
running Taurus application.

Use the console monitor
-----------------------

Launch the console-based remote log monitor with::

    taurus logmon [options]

Run the following command for the available filters and connection options::

    taurus logmon --help

Use the graphical monitor
-------------------------

For a graphical monitor based on :class:`QLoggingWidget`, use::

    taurus qlogmon [options]

Run the following command for more details::

    taurus qlogmon --help
